SHIPPING POLICY (valid from 17 June 2021)
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order payment. You will receive an email when payment is received and another email when your order is shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer TW$180 flat rate shipping throughout Taiwan (and free shipping for all orders above TW$3000).
We offer free delivery for all orders above TW$400 placed in the Keelung district (within 8 KM from our Dong Ming Road office).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not offer to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you have an issue with any of our products you receive please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond to you within 24 hours. The usual resolution of an issue is either a refund or replacement of the product.
