Canelés are delicious small baked treats originating from Bordeaux in France, usually served with a hot cup of coffee, tea or chocolate. Nowadays Canelés can be found in cool cafes and you can find them in cool cafes and bakeries everywhere. This is my twist on the original Rum& Honey version – these are chocolate flavoured and filled with a silky-smooth chocolate custardy center.
