One of the Australian traditional pies is the Chicken and Leek. Ours is one of the best, using chicken thigh or breast meat for its richness along with fresh leek for added flavor. The Chicken and Leek are sauteed in a cream sauce flavored with rosemary and bay leaf. All our homemade pastry is made from pure butter and these pies have a shortcrust base along with rough puff top. We are sure these will become one of your favorites!
